Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Everything marked public can be browsed, searched and read without signing up. An account is only needed to publish, like, follow or save.
Who can see my recommendations?
You choose for each one: everyone (public), your followers, your friends, or only you. You can change it at any time and it takes effect immediately.
What is Editor's Choice?
A selection of public member recommendations picked by the NineReco team. The original author is always credited, and a pick ends automatically if the author makes it non-public.
Is my personal information public?
No. Other people see your username, and your display name, photo and bio only if you choose to show them. Your email and private details are never shown.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. In Account & privacy you can download your data or delete your account, which erases your recommendations and everything linked to you.
Have something worth recommending?
